1. Who we are

Nextademy ("we", "us") operates nextademy.com, an AI education membership platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), country, time zone, learning goals, and skill level. Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers. Usage data: lessons completed, quiz results, assignment submissions, notes, and progress, used to deliver the product. Marketing data: quiz answers and email address if you use our quiz funnel or contact forms.

3. How we use data

To provide membership services, process payments, track learning progress across devices, issue certifications, respond to inquiries, and — only with your consent — send product tips and updates. We do not sell personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processor receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Data retention

Account and progress data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@nextademy.com or using your account settings. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used only where permitted and can be declined.

8. Course work and notes

Course assignments and private notes remain private unless you intentionally share them, for example in the community.
