Subscription Policy

1. Free trial

New memberships start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

2. Billing cycles

After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected, on the same calendar day each cycle. Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm.

3. Promotional pricing

Promotional offers (for example, 50% off your first month) apply only to the billing period stated in the offer. After the promotional period, the regular plan price applies automatically.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We may send a reminder before renewal, but it is your responsibility to cancel before the billing date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

6. Upgrades and downgrades

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and notify you. Access may be paused until payment succeeds. Subscriptions with repeated failed payments are cancelled.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 90-day implementation guarantee on first payments.
