Refund Policy

90-day implementation guarantee

We offer a 90-day implementation guarantee on your first payment. To qualify, you must: complete onboarding, finish the first seven required lessons of your level, submit the required assignments, and show that following the program produced no useful result for you.

How to request a refund

Email support@nextademy.com within 90 days of your first payment with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email and a summary of the work you completed. We review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What is not refundable

Renewal payments after the first 90 days, partial months after cancellation, and Business plan seats already used by team members are not refundable. Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past ones.

Trials

Trials are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all.

No outcome guarantees

We never guarantee income, employment, business growth, revenue, client results, or investment performance. The guarantee covers program usefulness, not financial outcomes.
